After the evaluation of the applications submitted by foreign publishers for the 2026 Session of Translation and Publication Support, Romanian Books for Children and PUBLISHING ROMANIA programs there has been selected a number of 61 TPS applications, 8 RBC applications and 5 PUBLISHING ROMANIA applications, to be financed within the limit of the budget available for the 2026 Session, in accordance with the score obtained.

The grants are provided on condition that the publishers agree to the terms of the grant contract to be concluded with The Romanian Cultural Institute, including the agreement to publish the books no later than November 15, 2026.
The grant contracts between The Romanian Cultural Institute and the foreign publishers selected are to be signed between May 5 and June 14, 2026.
The members of the TPS & Publishing Romania evaluating panel for the 2026 Session were the following: Angelo Mitchievici (literary critic and professor), Alina Purcaru (publicist and translator) and Eli Bădică (editor and publicist).
The members of the RBC evaluating panel for the 2026 Session were the following: Anca-Maria Pănoiu (editor and translator), Roxana Tănase-Sahanagiu (literary agent) and Horia Gîrbea (writer, publicist and translator).
